Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Comfy Steps shoes as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items (eligible for exchange only if defective):

Refund Process
